A four day course on authentic French Baking 2 days during which you will produce a selection of Croissants, Pain au Chocolate, the famous Croffin, Laminated Brioche Etc… A really interesting course where you will enter the world of laminated dough. 1 day on Traditional Brioche. A day producing the famous authentic French Brioche. Something that always take us back to our youth. We will explore different flavours and shapes, to improve this already perfect delicacy. 1 day on Bread making You will learn to make bread using sourdough, poolish, fresh yeast and ferment. By the end of this course you will have the basics to explore other recipes. All day classes will include a light lunch. To insure you get the most of it, we keep group classes small, in order for you to have a one to one experience, receiving all the attention you need to succeed and achieve great results. A really interesting course, a lot to learn, Not to be missed!!
